Hey there! I’m Dominique, a licensed therapist and owner of Healthy Therapy and Wellness Center. My practice was born out of passion for supporting busy women and moms who feel overextended, burned out, and stuck in survival mode. I specialize in helping busy moms and women facing burnout, self- esteem, parenting, women's issues, anxiety, depression, & identity loss find balance. I know firsthand the pressures of modern motherhood—the constant demands, the invisible load, and the challenge of caring for yourself while caring for everyone else. It can be EXHAUSTING! My work is centered on helping you step out of overwhelm into a life of structure, harmony, and self-renewal. Together we'll work towards achieving healing through an integration of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness and Stress Management including nervous system regulation, as well as exploring value based work.
